Work Profile: 

In vivo efficacy studies for oncology therapeutic research. Main responsibilities will include

1. Work independently or with senior scientists for the design and execution of in-vivo efficacy experiments
2. Conduct assigned research projects, experiments as per latest concepts and recognized standard protocols
3. Responsible for experiments planning, design, execution, data analysis and interpretation
4. Recording of all laboratory observations, data in lab notebooks, database and document the experimental designs
5. Responsible for data analysis, perform calculations for the result of the experiment
6. Summarize the research and communicate results to the supervisor

 

Eligibility: 

M.Pharm Pharmacology / M.V.Sc Pharmacology / Pathology / M.Sc Biochemistry /  Biotechnology with 2-3 years of industrial experience

 

Skills required:

• Hands-on experience in subcutaneous tumor xenograft models, orthotopic xenograft model, metastasis models.
• Experience in handling of human primary tumor xenografts from clinical samples.
• Hands-on experience in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA readouts
• Experience in handling & maintenance of various human & murine cancer cell lines.
• Experience in handling rodents and non-rodents for dosing, blood sampling, injections, cannulation etc
• Associate to provide technical, analysis and reporting outcomes of research
• Organizational skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
