IITD: Appointment for a DBT project on AMR

 

Applications from Indian nationals are invited for a Project Appointment at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, on a contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.

 

 

Project Title: Does AMR in Livestock Contribute to AMR in people in NE India? An interdisciplinary study (RP03651G)

Principal Investigator: Prof. Shaikh Ziauddin Ahammad, Department of Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology (DBEB)

Duration of the Project: Upto November 19, 2021

 

Position: Junior Research Fellow

Qualifications: 1st class M.Sc. in Microbiology / M. Tech. in Bioinformatics or Computer Science Engineering
(must have knowledge in bioinformatics) with *NET/GATE qualification.
* The requirement of NET/GATE examination for the selection to the post of JRF may be relaxed for the candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aggregate marks).

Salary: Rs.31,000/- p.m. plus 24% HRA
